Homeowner, family man, local business leader and 42-year resident of Yorba Linda. Graduated from Esperanza High School and Cal State Fullerton. Jess and his wife are blessed with three children.

Preserving Local Control
As your Councilman, I’ll fight to preserve local control against interference from state
politicians. Yorba Linda residents – not outsiders -- should make housing, development and planning decisions that affect our neighborhoods.
Protecting Public Safety
I support our Deputy Sheriffs and endorse Proposition 36 to reform permissive state laws and crack down on career criminals and ‘smash and grab’ robberies.
Reducing Homelessness
I support a tough love approach to stop homeless camping and require medical treatment for mentally ill and drug-addicted homeless individuals.
Keeping City Hall Accountable
I will serve as a Taxpayer Advocate to provide the highest level of public oversight with our tax dollars.
